An Integral approach offers a path of transformation and a simple solution to handle seemingly complex and paradoxical strands of information, thoughts and reactions. Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory details the most comprehensive map of consciousness available in the world today. It also relates to a somewhat rarefied and emerging structure of consciousness which is at the leading edge of human evolution - a new, integrated and holistic level of understanding. It is an inclusive, embracing and truly holistic philosophy.

Are you overloaded with information?
There’s too much information. It’s everywhere and it’s free. There’s a shift that’s occurring - It’s no longer information that people want… It’s transformation.
With the advent of the internet, all the information in the world is now available to us. We’re able to access different perspectives and knowledge from all cultures and religions. However, this information can often seem contradictory and paradoxical and there’s not enough time to process everything and place it inside a coherent life narrative. Also, despite all this information, it is having a minimal effect on creating real, lasting, powerful transformation in people’s lives. People are feeling more confused, exhausted and overwhelmed which causes stress. It’s completely normal to feel like this. However, it presents a profound challenge because we’re not evolved enough to handle this level of complexity and no amount of new information can help us.
If we think about what we want in our lives right now, it’s not more information. It’s results that we want. We want change - whether it’s in our relationships or work, physically or emotionally, we want transformation!
Transformation rarely occurs in isolation. It’s important to connect with another human being who can help highlight the specific, focused or tailored work that’s needed. They can also provide the necessary guidance and support that’s required to take action and implement new life practices.
